     Vera Smith was born on 30-Nov-1894. She married Davis White Wood, son of James Madison Wood and Amanda Elizabeth Rice, on 24-Dec-1938. Vera Smith died on 24-Jul-1959 at age 64.

     Vicki Pearl Smith was born on 27-Dec-1890; [age is 21 on son, Orbria Lawrence's Probate Birth Records.]. She was the daughter of Webb Smith and Emma Glaze. Vicki Pearl Smith married Daniel Oliver Rice, son of Oren Adelbert Rice and Mary Alice Hodges, on 8-Dec-1909 at DeWitt County, Texas. Vicki Pearl Smith died on 26-Feb-1972 at DeWitt County, Texas, at age 81. She was buried at Alexander Cemetery, DeWitt County, Texas.
     The 1930 Federal Census enumerated her as a member of Daniel Oliver Rice's household.
