     James Pinkney Bay was was a sales manager in the food industry for over fourty years. He was born on 29-Nov-1932 at Chico, California. He served in the U. S. Navy in 1954 served two years. He graduated from California State University, Chico, California, in 1956. He died on 11-Jun-2005 at Fountain Valley, California, at age 72.
