William Ebb Elbridge Garrett was born on 14-Jul-1866 at DeWitt County, Texas. He was the son of William Mansfield Garrett and Margaret Ann Byars. William Ebb Elbridge Garrett married Thedocia Frances (Docia) Stephenson, daughter of Hugh John Stephenson and Martha Ann Elizabeth Hollan, in 1888. William Ebb Elbridge Garrett died on 3-Sep-1932 at DeWitt County, Texas, at age 66 died of kidney cancer. He was buried at County Line Cemetery, Yoakum, Texas.
