     Burnist Burtram Graham served in the U. S. Army during World War II between 1942 and 1945 enlisted at age 16. He was a tank commander in Company C, 193rd Tank Battallion in the Pacific Islands for 3 1/2 years. He was awarded two Bronze Stars and other medals. He retired as a lineman with Houston Lightig & Power Company.
